These convenient ways to get to two parks really improve the transportation scene at Caribbean Beach. The stop at Riviera will go straight to Epcot. The Skyliner stop for Caribbean Beach goes directly to Hollywood Studios so it’s an easy way to get to Galaxy’s Edge ( check out my tips for visiting the new Star Wars land here). The Disney Skyliner opened in September 2019 and includes a stop at Caribbean Beach (as well as a stop at neighboring Riveria Resort which opens in December 2019). They cost an additional $50 per night and have two double beds. ![]() These highly themed rooms are popular with pirate-crazed little ones. It was invaluable when traveling with little ones.Ĭaribbean Beach is home to the “Pirate Rooms”, located in Trinidad South. We were able to put a Pack n Play in here essentially making a small room where a little one could nap or go to bed early while life carried on in the rest of the room. I also really like the sliding wooden doors that separate the bathroom area from the rest of the room. These rooms that sleep five don’t cost anything extra and are an excellent option when you want a third bed for child. Most rooms at Caribbean Beach have two queen beds and some even have an additional pull-down single Murphy bed. The dining scene at Caribbean Beach used to be a negative of the resort, but with Sebastian’s Bistro, a new food court, and a new small quick service dining location in Trinidad South, dining here is now tolerable and sometimes great. It has the only zero entry pool at a Moderate resort, plus two water slides, a hot tub, and a cool kid’s water play area. It is themed like a pirates fort and has lots of fun places to explore and pretend you are a pirate. The pool complex is one of my favorites on Disney property.
